As an agent, I’ve been finding a lot of great talent at good spots. I’ve been working with these artists from the beginning and getting in early. From a label perspective, I can find artists that I want to sign as an agent, but who don’t have any label backing yet, or who are too young to get a deal somewhere. This is a win-win for me, because I can invest money into them and believe in their talent. Right now, this is working really well. It’s a one-two punch where I can release music from the artists I believe in and help them succeed.
